Billy's studio set-up

Ciao a tutti, oggi voglio presentarvi il mio studio set-up composto da due tastiere e un impianto PA con mixer.


Nella foto ci sono le mie due tastiere "da casa". Quella sopra è una Korg N364 che è stata la mia prima tastiera con cui ho iniziato ad entrare nel mondo delle workstation e delle registrazioni "at home". La non pratica manipolazione del suono dal vivo mi costringe a usarla più che altro in studio.
Sempre nella stessa foto, sotto la N364, c'è la Korg Triton Extreme. Comprata pochi anni fa da soddisfazioni sotto qualsiasi aspetto. La possibilità di editare il suono live la rende versatile. A causa del suo peso e delle sue dimensioni la uso più che altro in studio.


Qui a fianco c'è lo XENYX 1222FX della Behringer, un mixer 16 traccie che uso per provare in sala con gli OH NO ITS POK. Il mixer è collegato a due casse 400 watt l'una della Proel.

LEVINHURST at Spazio211 - Tholurst and Dempsey from the originary THE CURE

The Cure was the most important band of my whole teenage!
I've been listening to them all the time from the middle school
till the end of the highschool!
Here i got the chance to watch the live gig of Levinhurst a band
based on the originary drummer and bassist ot The Cure...

I know pretty well the background of the band very popular during
the 80s and while i was stepping so close to the stage, i've felt
like asking Lol and Michael... "hey! how is it going with robert?"
"ehm... i mean... what did he say? how did it happen?"

actually very stupid! but you know... it's like to meet your teenage idols!!!!


Unfortunately the gig was pretty bad and boring!!!!
The only moment of peak was reached while they played songs
from Three Imaginary Boys, Boys Don't Cry and Seventeen Seconds...

You can imagine... all the audiance was there just because of what
they have been for not more the 3 years...

It's pretty sad...

Hi there guys... here you can see we just changed our style!
I think that is going pretty good look at the P! P! P! P! ...
so many... we changed our DEVO style to POLYSICS style...
now finally we got some ideas to customize our look!

You know... nowadays style for bands is very important and we got
the idea watching this video from an other fav japanese band!!!!

They are P-Model and they kicked arses in the early 80s!!!!

36hours in LONDON

We got problems since we have arrived, everything planned went out of countrol!
Actually our flight should arrive in Stanstead at 9.30and at least at 11 we should have
reached my home in Ealing Broadway!

No chances: the flight was 2 hours delyed because of some fucking french striking some fucking where else!

What's more the Tube was closed so we had to wait for some buses!
At first we had no coins! So we had to get a fucking sandwich to change 50quids!

Then at around 1.30 we got the first bus!
We arrived then in Holborn and the N207 didnt us let get in... we waited for the next
but there where so many other fucking problems with som others fucking londoner night bus drivers
that we reached home just at 3.30! no chances!

then... just to eat some really junk-food!
can you believe 5quids for 2 big hamburgers and double french fries! almost amazing!
We got 4 burgers and nachos or tacos! i dunno!














Then we reached home again! and you see?
My 3 years old white Apple iBook just got really crazy, it seems it was some time in January 1970!!!!
i dunno machine are pretty going for the de-evolutionary way sometimes!!!!














Ready for the gig: We just performed before Natural Disaster! Which got an italian guitarist Alessio!
They are very cool half from Bristo and half from Birmingham!
What just was bit bad was that rushing all the times! Sound check was planned just a while before the gig!
There was no back stage actually! and before One Party State there were also 2 prommation listed!
So we had a small sandwhich then ready to change clothes and check the gear and the sounds!
than play the songs! and enjoy the performance!
